Terms of Service

These draft terms describe product intent. Have counsel review before production launch.

1. Service

Scalpr is business software for TCG/resale operations: inventory, CRM, deals, capital tracking, restock alerts, and optional bank/Discord/pricing integrations. It is not an investment advisor, broker, tax preparer, or guaranteed-profit tool.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for account security and accurate business data you enter. Do not share credentials. Owner/admin privileges are assigned by Scalpr operators, not by self-service escalation.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Reseller, Pro — monthly/annual) renew until canceled. Web billing uses Stripe; native apps use Apple App Store / Google Play billing where required. Entitlements are server-authoritative. Canceling Scalpr account does not automatically cancel a store subscription — manage that with the billing provider.

4. Acceptable use

No scraping prohibited retailer systems, CAPTCHA/anti-bot bypass, credential stuffing, or abuse of APIs. Restock features accept only legitimate authorized sources.

5. Pricing & restock limitations

Market prices can be stale or inaccurate. Fees vary by channel. Restocks may sell out. Estimates of profit/ROI are informational only — never guaranteed.

6. Suggestions

Business suggestions are deterministic helper signals based on your data and configured rules. They are not financial, investment, or legal advice.

7. External providers

Third-party services (Stripe, Apple, Google, Discord, Plaid, JustTCG, Collectr, StellarAIO) have their own terms. Scalpr is not responsible for outages or policy changes of those providers.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts for abuse or non-payment according to entitlement policy. You may delete your account; see Privacy and the account deletion page.

9. Availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
